Things to do in Puerto Banus

If you get tired of sunning yourself on the sand, head to Hollywood Watersports on Mistral Beach where you can test your balance either jet skiing or wakeboarding, or you can hire a pedalo for two. To see some more of the coastline, take a boat tour with Luna Pesca where you can catch your own fish for dinner. If you prefer a laid-back afternoon, why not try your luck at the casino or take in the latest blockbuster at the cinema.

Resort Beaches

Puerto Banus is famous for its beaches, and more so for its beach clubs which are exclusive venues serving cocktails and Champagne; these are found on the beaches just to the west of the port. For a more laid back vibe, head to Mistral Beach where you’ll find beautiful sands and chiringuito beach bars serving up snacks and tapas. The busiest beach in the area is Nagueles Beach, near to Marbella, where you’ll find plenty of watersports and activities.

Eating out

If you’re feeling hungry then grab a bite at Route 66, a stylish diner serving up American classics such as tasty burgers, smoothies and steaks - It also has a decent cocktail menu and wine list, both of which are available at great prices. Or, for something a little more refined, book a table at La Sala, where you can enjoy an a la carte dining experience of Spanish and International cuisines.

Market

The Saturday market held near Nueva Andalucia takes place until mid-afternoon and is one of the largest on the Costa del Sol. A great opportunity for finding souvenirs and gifts, as well as antiques, flowers and local produce such as wine and cured meat.

When to visit?

The weather in Spain starts to warm up in spring when temperatures hover around 20°C, making it a pleasant time to visit. If you’re looking for hot weather then the best time to go to Puerto Banus is during the summertime, in July and August.

Types of HolidayTaxis transfer vehicles
March 31, 2023

At HolidayTaxis, we recognize that every traveler is different and may have their own preferences and requirements for their airport transfers. To accommodate this, we offer a diverse range of transfer vehicles for our customers to choose from, each with its own set of benefits and advantages.

For example, if you're traveling in a large group, our minibus or shared airport shuttle transfers might be the best option for you, as they can comfortably accommodate a larger number of passengers and their luggage. On the other hand, if you're traveling with just one or two companions, a private car may be more suitable for you as they offer a more intimate and personalised experience.
