Famous for its hippy markets, Es Canar is home to Ibiza’s original one. A colourful collection of stalls selling everything from bags and clothing to jewellery and incense sticks; it’s also a great place to enjoy street music and entertainment.

Perhaps the best eatery in Es Canar is La Finca Can Suldat restaurant and bar. It's a traditional Ibizan Finca (a finca refers to a piece of land, with typically a cottage, farmhouse or building on it) with a great atmosphere which serves up delicious fondue, grilled steak and Mediterranean cuisine.
