Where is Binisafua?
Binisafua, also known as Binisafúller, is on the southeast coast of Menorca, in the Balearic Islands, 12 km southwest of the capital Maó (Mahon).
Why visit Binisafua?
Binisafua is a small and quiet retreat and a good base for visiting the surrounding areas of the island. Binisafua beach is a secluded cove with smooth white sand and crystal clear shallow waters. Backed by a thick shield of oak, palm and pine trees; the beach itself is only 40 yards wide. The resort is relatively quiet, so for those in search of amenities, beach bars and nightlife head to the neighbouring resorts of Binidalí and Binibèquer.
Food & drink in Binisafua
The resort has a couple of excellent restaurants; El Txoko is well priced and delicious with excellent service. Another great eatery is Ristorante Opera which has arguably the best pizza on the whole island. Further east in neighbouring Binibequer Vell is a superb drinking spot named B.B. Cocktail Bar which serves, as the name would suggest, fantastic cocktails!

The village of Sant Lluís, a 10-minute drive inland, has a Baroque church, a fascinating museum inside a windmill and some delicious restaurants. The Camí de Cavalls is a pleasant coastal walk east towards Binibèquer with stunning views.
